Standard GBS projects typically take 6-8 weeks from sample receipt to final data delivery. This includes library preparation, sequencing, and bioinformatics analysis. Custom projects may have different timelines based on specific requirements.
For standard GBS, we recommend 50-100 ng of high-quality DNA with a minimum concentration of 20 ng/µl. For difficult samples (e.g., degraded DNA), we can work with lower quantities - please contact us for advice on your specific samples.
